From life on the street to RESPECT IN THE Boardroom
My passion for this work isn't academic—it was forged in the fire of my own life. At 17, following the sudden death of my mother, I became
homeless, I didn't know how to cope with the overwhelming grief. I drifted into a world of , addiction, depravity, eventually spending nearly a year in psychiatric hospitals as my mental health collapsed under the weight of "man up" culture. I lived in total self-doubt,
consumed by the belief that I wasn't enough.
My story changed the moment I realized that my history was a draft, not a final script and that it didn't have to shape my future, I had choice. By finally accepting help I was able to rebuild my life. I went to university and after graduating with a first class degree I went to
develop a multiple award-winning career spearheading the digital transformation of FTSE 100 giants.
Through extensive personal development I came to specialise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This enabled me to master the language of my mind & achieve true emotional literacy.
I founded The Silent Warrior Online Coaching Academy, which became established as a global authority, recognized by publications like CXO Outlook (named a Top 10 Global Transformational Coach in July 2022) and honoured by Brainz magazine for innovative services in the field of mental health and well-being.
WHY I LEAD MEN
I founded the Silent Warrior Online Coaching Academy to focus on working with men. Because for men, "safe mediocrity" is a prison.
I know the cost of keeping your struggles silent. When I work with a male client I Utilise NLP and adopt what is akin to a "Historian’s"
approach to help define their personal life script and to understand the experiences that have helped shape it.
I help them understand how their script manifests in their life as 'stories' which have undermined them. Armed with this we are then able to write an affirming new chapter.
